Christopher Bosken, Attorney
Christopher W. Bosken has been with Berenato & White since October 2009, and divides his time between patent prosecution and patent litigation. Before joining the firm, Chris was an associate at a large Southeastern law firm, where he drafted and prosecuted patent applications in the computer and electrical arts, participated in several patent litigation cases, and counseled clients on various intellectual property issues.
Chris Bosken grew up in North Carolina, and studied Computer Engineering at North Carolina State University. After Chris graduated with his Bachelors of Science in 2003, he received his Juris Doctorate from the Wake Forest University School of Law in 2006. Mr. Bosken is a member of the North Carolina bar and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is also a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, and co-chair of the Patent Committee of the North Carolina Bar Association Intellectual Property section.
